Black Ash Park & Ride Facility Repair Works
The value of the works is approx. €134K
The works include:
- Removal of existing cobble paving footpaths and storage of cobble for reuse
- Regarding of sub-base material under footpaths to acceptable fall around buildings
- Relaying of cobble paving around footpaths
- Installation of new building plinth material to mask drop in footpaths surrounding building perimeter
- Installation of gas vent pipes and rotating roof cowl at four locations around the building
- Installation of a pedestrian crossing at the east side of the facility buildings to ease access due to drop in surrounding ground levels
- Re-grading of carriageway north and south of pedestrian crossing due to increased height at crossing
- Laying of new footpath through landscaped area at east side of new pedestrian ramp
- Dealing with existing services
- Electrical and signalling cables to be ran through existing ducting to entry/exit locations for upgrading of ticket/barrier machines
- Application of road markings including pedestrian crossing
- Provision of traffic management
- Acting as Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) for the works.
